Come kick off your Memorial Day weekend with the SLF crew <b>FRIDAY NIGHT<\/b> as we take our renowned <b>AFRO-DUB<\/b> party out of the club and into an awesome loft space in Brooklyn. As a special treat, we&#8217;re bringing in Boston&#8217;s Ethiopian groove collective, <b><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/deboband.com\/\" >DEBO BAND<\/a><\/b> to help you get loose on the dance floor. <b><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/SuperHiFi\" >SUPER HI-FI<\/a><\/b>, New York&#8217;s hottest Afro-Dub band, will also perform, and SLF resident DJ&#8217;s <b>LINH<\/b>, <b>Q-MASTAH<\/b> and <b>LIL TIGER<\/b> will keep the party popping on the decks.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;ve never seen <b>DEBO BAND<\/b> before, you&#8217;re in for a treat. <b>DEBO<\/b> is not your mother&#8217;s Ethiopian dance band. Searing horns, crooning vocals, slinky funk grooves. Dubbed out violin and accordion. Bass-heavy, brazen, and dense.
